Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Waiver of Jury Trial

The Terms & Privacy Policy of Arguez Hirsch shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any choice of law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, provided it has subject matter jurisdiction. Otherwise, such disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Broward County, Florida. Each party hereby agrees to waive its right to a jury trial in any legal proceedings.
